This page will provide you answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions including our Delivery Map identifying our Free Delivery Region.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION ABOUT BELL CITY BREWING.
Due to provincial regulations, we can only ship beer within Ontario. Orders are shipped via Swiftpost or Canada post Expedited service. Valid 19+ government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery.
Orders for beer to be shipped out of Province will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
We offer 4 different delivery options to select when placing your order.
1. Flat Rate Shipping across Ontario for any order over $50,
2. We have Free throughout Southern Ontario (See Map for Free Delivery Region)
3. Local orders less than $40
4. Pick-up at the brewery for any order
If you select for instance FREE DELIVERY however you are outside of the Delivery Zone, we will contact you to either add additional shipping charges or refund your order.
Contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after the order is received, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
PROVINCE WIDE FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $12 across Ontario for any order over $50.
LOCAL ORDERS: $5.00 shipping for local orders less than $40.
By working with our contract partners we are now able to extend FREE DELIVERY throughout Southern Ontario for any order over $40 (See Map below for Free Delivery Region):
FREE DELIVERY ZONES:
Zone 1 - Windsor - London (Thurs - order before Wed)
Zone 2 - London - Sarnia North to Bayfield (Wed order before Tuesday)
Zone 3 - London - Guelph north to Stratford (Tues or Wed, order day before)
Zone 4 - London - Hamilton south to Lake Erie (Wed or Fri order day before)
Zone 5 - Guelph - Toronto (Tues or Thurs order day before)
Zone 6 - Golden Horseshoe (Thurs or Fri order day before)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will ship out within 3-5 business days of being received. Most will arrive at your home or office within 1-3 business days. Please refer to the Delivery Zone information above for order deadlines and anticipated delivery days.
CAN I ORDER FOR ONLINE PICKUP AT THE BREWERY?
Yes, we offer Curbside Pick-up for all On-Line orders. Place your order and identify Curbside Pick-up in the Delivery Options. The order will be picked for you on the day submitted and if not ready when you arrive, it will be picked while you wait. You can place your order ahead of the day, however the order will only be available for pick-up when we are open.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We do! We ship to any address in Ontario. This is only for Flat Rate shipping through Swiftpost or Canada Post.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
Due to the 19+ age verification requirement associated with shipping beer, your Swiftpost / Canada Post delivery person will leave a card with instructions for picking up your beer at your local Canada Post outlet. The same applies for PO box deliveries.
CAN I ADD GLASSWARE, APPAREL OR OTHER FAN GEAR TO MY PURCHASE?
Absolutely! If you have questions about any specific combinations of bottles, cans and merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering.
CAN I SEND BEER TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
Well aren't you thoughtful! If this special someone has an Ontario address and is able to present valid government-issued ID upon delivery, no problem. Be sure to include their name and address as the shipping address upon checkout and include your own name as the billing address.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because we will be processing your order and sending your beer to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been shipped.
Apparel, glassware and fan gear may be returned in person to the brewery for exchange only within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not offer store credits.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit us in person at Brantford. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on beer for any reason.
